1. Please read these Terms of Business carefully as they apply to you when making a booking with Stein Study. By signing the Stein Study Enrolment Form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Business and agree to be bound by these Terms of Business.
2. These Terms of Business, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Statement and the Cookie Policy form the entire agreement between you and Stein Study.

Stein Study reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms of Business at any time, for any reason and without notice. If any changes are made, the date of revision will be noted on these Terms of Business ("Revision Date"). Please check the Revision Date before booking a Language Course with Stein Study. If the Revision Date has changed, these Terms of Business have changed. Please read the revised Terms of Business carefully. By booking a Language Course with Stein Study on and/or after the Revision Date, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the revised Terms of Business and agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Business.

1. Stein Study acts as an agent for the Language Schools. As an agent, Stein Study advertises and sells the Language Courses, Accommodation and Ancillary Services offered by the Language Schools, using the information provided to Stein Study by the Language Schools.
2. Stein Study does not own, manage or run the Language Schools and Stein Study does not organise, manage or run the Language Courses, Accommodation and Ancillary Services offered by the Language Schools.

1. Rules:
   In addition to these Terms of Business, you are also subject to the rules of the Language School you have chosen ("Rules"). You will be liable for any damage, loss or injury to persons or property arising from your failure to obey the Rules. If you are making a booking with Stein Study for your child who is a minor, you acknowledge that your child must obey the Rules and acknowledge and agree that you will be liable for any damage, loss or injury to persons or property arising from your child's failure to obey the Rules.
2. Public Holidays:
   On Public Holidays, the Language Schools are closed and the Language Schools do not run language classes, activities or excursions. You will not be entitled to a refund, credit or any other form of compensation from Stein Study if there are any Public Holidays during your
   Language Course or your child's Language Course and no language classes, activities and/or excursions are held on those days.
3. Accommodation:
   If you book a Language Course, you will also have the option of booking Accommodation offered, organised and managed by your chosen Language School for the duration of your Language Course. For some types of Accommodation, you may be required to pay a security deposit when booking the Accommodation, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided that you have not caused any damage to property.
4. Ancillary Services:
   Any information Stein Study advertises or provides to you about the Ancillary Services offered by the Language Schools is only to be used as a guide. Please call Stein Study to discuss any Ancillary Services of particular importance to you before making a booking with Stein Study so that Stein Study can confirm with the Language Schools and advise you accordingly.
5. Information:
   Stein Study relies on the information provided to Stein Study by the Language Schools. The Language Schools can amend the information about the Language School and their Language Courses, Accommodation and Ancillary Services. For these reasons, please call Stein Study to discuss any information of particular importance to you before making a booking with Stein Study so that Stein Study can confirm with the Language Schools and advise you accordingly.

1. Booking:
   
   1. To make a booking with Stein Study, you must provide Stein Study with a completed and signed Stein Study Enrolment Form and pay Stein Study the Deposit ("Booking Application").
   2. Within 2 business days of receiving your Booking Application, Stein Study will notify you in writing whether your booking has been confirmed by your chosen Language School.
   3. If Stein Study notifies you in writing that your booking has been confirmed by your chosen Language School ("Confirmed Booking"), you must:
   1. pay Stein Study the Balance at least 8 weeks before the start date of your Language Course;
   2. keep Stein Study informed of any changes to your personal details on your Booking Application including your address, emergency contact(s) and dietary requirements; and
   3. provide Stein Study with details of your travel arrangements at least 2 weeks before the start date of your Language Course.
   4. If Stein Study notifies you in writing that your booking has been declined by your chosen Language School, Stein Study will refund your Deposit within 5 business days from the date of notification from Stein Study.
2. Payment:
   You are to make all payments in Euros to Stein Study. Stein Study accepts payment by EFT, debit card or credit card. Please note that you will incur a 3% surcharge when paying by credit card.

1. Travel:
   
   1. The price of Stein Study related products and services does not include:
   1. travel to and from the country and the city where your chosen Language School is located, regardless of whether the mode of travel is by plane, train or bus; or
   2. daily travel expenses while you are on your Language Course.
   3. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements. You should not finalise your travel arrangements until Stein Study notifies you in writing that your booking has been confirmed by your chosen Language School.
2. Travel Documents:
   You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to, a valid passport, a valid visa, current travel insurance and current health insurance. Stein Study is not responsible for determining whether or not you need a visa.
3. Transfers:
   The price of Stein Study related products and services does not include any transfers within the country and the city where your chosen Language School is located. Some of the Language Schools offer a transfer service for an extra fee. For these Language Schools, you must pre- book the transfer service with Stein Study and provide Stein Study with your arrival details at least 2 weeks before the start date of your Language Course.

1. Cancellation by you:
   
   1. If you wish to cancel your Confirmed Booking, you must notify Stein Study in writing. The date of cancellation is the date on which Stein Study receives your written notice ("Cancellation Date").
   2. If you cancel your Confirmed Booking, you will be liable for the following amounts:
      1. the Deposit + 100% of the Balance if the Cancellation Date is 0 days to 13 days before the start date of your Language Course, or on the start date of your Language Course, or after the start date of your Language Course;
      2. the Deposit + 50% of the Balance if the Cancellation Date is 14 days to 27 days before the start date of your Language Course;
      3. the Deposit + 25% of the Balance if the Cancellation Date is 28 days to 55 days before the start date of your Language Course;
      4. the Deposit + 10% of the Balance if the Cancellation Date is 56 days to 83 days before the start date of your Language Course; or
      5. the Deposit if the Cancellation Date is 84 days or more before the start date of your Language Course.
2. Cancellation by the Language School:
   
   1. The Language Schools reserve the right to make changes to their Language Courses, Accommodation and Ancillary Services and to make changes to, or cancel, any Confirmed Booking.
   2. If your chosen Language School makes a significant change to, or cancels, your Confirmed Booking, Stein Study will notify you by email within 2 business days after Stein Study receives notice of the significant change or cancellation from your chosen Language School.
   3. If your chosen Language School makes a significant change to, or cancels, your Confirmed Booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
      1. Stein Study is not responsible for the significant change or cancellation; and
      2. Stein Study is not liable for any loss, damage or additional expense you may incur or any claim you may have because of the significant change or cancellation.

1. any loss, damage or claim arising from or in connection with your breach of these Terms of Business;
2. any loss, damage or claim arising from the conduct or statements of the Language Schools or interruption, suspension or termination of any Language Courses, Accommodation and/or Ancillary Services offered by the Language Schools, whether such interruption, suspension or termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent;
3. any mistakes or omissions in the information provided to Stein Study by the Language Schools and used by Stein Study in advertising and selling the Language Courses, Accommodation and/or Ancillary Services offered by the Language Schools;
4. any damage, loss or injury to persons or property from your actions or omissions, or if you are booking for your child who is a minor, the actions or omissions of your child, when travelling to or from the country and the city where your chosen Language School is located or while in the city where your chosen Language Course is located, for the purpose of attending a Language Course you booked with Stein Study; or
5. any damage, loss or injury to you or your property, or if you are booking for your child who is a minor, your child or your child�s property, when travelling to or from the country and the city where your chosen Language School is located or while in the city where your chosen Language Course is located, for the purpose of attending a Language Course you booked with Stein Study.

1. Accommodation means the accommodation offered, organised and/or managed by the Language Schools.
2. Ancillary Services means any services offered by the Language Schools in connection with or ancillary to the Language Courses, including but not limited to, activities and excursions.
3. Balance means the outstanding amount of the price for the Confirmed Booking.
4. Cookie Policy means the Cookie Policy on the Website.
5. Deposit means €250 for bookings made with Stein Study over the phone or 20% of the Balance for bookings made with Stein Study online using the Website.
6. Language Courses means the language courses offered, organised, managed and run by the Language Schools.
7. Language Schools mean the language schools advertised by Stein Study.
8. Privacy Statement means the Privacy Statement on the Website.
9. Public Holidays means the public holidays in the city and country where each Language School is located.
10. Stein Study means Stein Study Abroad Limited, an Irish company with a registered office at 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Sandyford, Dublin 18.
11. Terms of Use means the Terms of Use on the Website.
12. Website means the website located at www.steinstudy.com and other domains which lead you to this website and its sub-domains.
13. You means the adult person booking a Language Course with Stein Study.
